we will send the voucher to our customer
in term of document file
and attach via e-mail. Our customer have to print the voucher
and give it to the hotel on check

When will you charge my Credit Card? All
bookings will be charged immediately upon confirmation by the
hotel, and we will issue a hotel voucher accordingly. If for
some reason we are unable to obtain confirmation of availability
from the hotel, we will NOT charge your card.
